The responsibilities of this position includes:
Manage and service all Key Accounts. Manage the merchandise and all related metadata on all partner sites. Oversee all the revenue generated on these sites.
Logistics & Customer Experience : Work closely with the Logistics & customer support teams to ensure superior customer experience. Ensure smoothresponse time for all customer service queries
Manage the main website, ensure all product updates and other metadata is updated
The ideal candidate would be one who:- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Online Ecom/Sales Business and Social Media platforms
Worked in a revenue focussed role
