The responsibilities of this position includes:
- Act as a creative & strategy steward to respective heads, helping them define an insight/propositions, basis target audience, competition, evaluation of current offerings, etc.
- Develop & execute creative brand strategies, content marketing plans for current + potential clients.
- Elicit powerful consumer & market insights utilizing various methods (qualitative & quantitative research, interviews, surveys)
- To create an end-to-end digital creative strategy for brand/Govt
- Keep tabs on current trends in creative communication and be on pulse for what's new in social media trends
- Moderate brainstorms sessions between Strategy & Creative team
- Candidates should be from an advertising background.
- Candidates must be competent enough to handle projects/work/campaign independently.
